Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by excellent weekend stay Although we had unforeseen issues we could not physically check in on friday as was planned. we were able to check in over the phone and arrive the next day (saturday) and got our room without issues. the hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. the location is excellent, pool was nice. however breakfast and coffee were not so great. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place, September 14, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible Staff Here according to the staff, you are not a customer you are a burden. Dirty bathrooms, dirty rugs, messy room upon check-in, rude desk service. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is on a nice quiet part of the beach front. September 14, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good Value/Good Room/Great Relaxation We stayed just after Labor Day thus getting to visit the beach during the "off season". This really tamed the crowds. Our Room was nice but small and dated. The bedding and towels were clean and everything seemed to work properly. Breakfast was above average and we enjoyed it each morning of our visit. Front Desk and House Keeping Staff was very friendly and quick to respond to requests. The Maintenance Staff on the other hand wasn't. Our room was on the top floor (6th). The ice machine was dispensing what appeared to be a small bit of mold in each bucket of ice we attempted to retrieve. Despite telling the maintenance staff the issue, it was never corrected. The guys simply depressed the dispense button, didn't see any black specks, and declared nothing wrong. It was a huge inconvenience to hike up and down several flights of stairs our wait for elevators everytime we needed ice. We wished the ice maker would have been thoroughly tested and cleaned during the first night of our trip when we brought it to the staffs attention. Beach and pool area was very pleasing. Pool area was small and could get crowded but it was a very nice area with an outdoor bar and hammocks. Bottom line...very good hotel and we will visit again. Would have scored better if it wasn't for he health and sanitization issue with the ice maker. September 10, 2014

Only one complaint if you have gulf front rooms that r available in the middle section of the hotel, please give guest those rooms first (better view of pool and ocean) instead of placing them in one of the end rooms. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good breakfast selection and enjoyed the coffee served all day. Great place to stay and enjoy a relaxing vacation and the ocean. Will be back 3rd week in October and 4 days Thanksgiving Holiday with our granddaughter. Only con was we rented the beach chairs. T he first day the girl was great very helpful and there when we needed the unbrella changed. The second day she put up the umbrella at 8:00 and from 10:00 till 4:00 we did see her again.
