Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by WE WILL BE BACK!!!! Just came home after an AMAZING stay with you! I can not tell you how much we enjoyed ourselves. EVERY staff member was friendly and went above and beyond customer service standards. The rooms and common areas were kept spotless at all times. The young man in the pool bar makes the BEST drinks. I have to say, this is the FIRST hotel where EVERYTHING was perfect. The breakfast was delicious and always well stocked. We will be back :) May 13, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful relaxing weekend stay Me and my sister stayed here for 3 nights for a girls weekend beach vacation and it was perfect. We stayed in a gulf front ocean view room and our room was perfect and had a great view of the beach and overlooking the hotel pool. I love that the room had a refrigerator and microwave. The hotel's location is perfect, right in the middle of all the restaurants, shopping, stores, etc. I found the room to be very spacious and I thought the size of the bathroom was bigger than most hotels...a lot of counter space. The breakfast buffet every morning was delicious...fresh coffee, biscuits, sausage, gravy, eggs, bagels, mini muffins, cereal and even a pancake machine that made fresh pancakes. All of it was wonderful! The whole weekend was great...don't have one negative to say about the hotel. I will definitely stay here again. May 6, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by pleasantly surprised rooms and staff exceeded our expectations and its located in a great location . also it was small enough as a hotel to be quiet without continuous hallway traffic noise. hot breakfast was top shelf and the white sandy beaches were wonderful.we will put this beach and hotel on our favorites list May 1, 2013

We don't t have a whole lot of money so I was trying to go the cheapest route by staying at a hotel in Mobile, which is owned by my employer (30 Bucks a night 3 star hotel). Upon arrival I was treated badly with attitude and told that they gave my specific room type away (that i had booked several months prior). They gave me a room with 2 double beds and after 1 night of being there we decided to see what was available elsewhere. We came across the holiday inn on orange beach and got a room at the last minute on a Sunday night. WE ARE SO GLAD WE DID!! Everyone was pleasant and the room was very nice even had a balcony with partial view of the ocean. Very clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night as we already had reservations at a casino resort in Biloxi But if we're ever down that way we'll definitely stay with you again. Its a little bit pricey but so are all the rest of the hotels on the beach. April 29, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good breakfast and great employees The wife and I stayed at the Orange Beach Holiday Inn Express while she attended a conference being held there on site. The breakfast was very good with scrambled eggs and a meat with bisquits and gravy served each morning until 9:30AM. I LOVED the automatic pancake machine as it would whip out 2 perfect pancakes in less than 2 minutes!! I wish I had one of those at home, LOL . The staff was very polite and courteous during our stay. The weather was not so good except for the next to last day we were there but we cant do anything about that :) All in all a very good experience. April 26, 2013
