Every aspect was beyond all of our expectations, especially the breakfast choices. Anything you could possibly want to choose from on the bar. Staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Old, dirty and dated I travel for my job and this hotel is by far the worst Holiday Inn Express I have stayed in. The entrance in bland, the carpet is terrible and the bathrooms just has a nasty feel. We also had to wait about 10 minutes for the water to get hot. Two sets of glass doors for people with luggage carts does not make sense either. Also, if you have your hands full and can not get the doors open while pulling the cart, figure it out because the staff will not get up and help. February 25, 2015

So friendly and helpful (Peggy and I can't remeber the other ladies name---checked us in about 1 am on Thursday night) My only complaint was the the "neighbors" were extremely loud on our last 2 nights (which meant very little sleep for a light sleeper) which really isn't the fault of the hotel. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good Hotel but The Worst Beds Let's face it, we spend most of our time in a hotel trying to get some sleep so we can get up the next day for leisure activities. When you get in the bed to sleep and you almost sit on the floor, it's time to get a new bed. I've slept in hotels all over the world and these beds have to rate up there with the worst beds that I have ever slept in. They remind me of a sway back horse. The pillows were awesome as usual. The rest of the hotel is just fine and the breakfast was very good. February 7, 2015
