Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Attentive Staff When my husband forgot his shaving cream, the reception had some at the front desk. We found breakfast ample and plenty to eat. The staff even took part of my breakfast to heat up in their microwave since there wasn't one in the breakfast area. The pillows are great and properly labeled. December 17, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Stay For the Weekend Staying at the HIX Pigeon Forge for a long weekend getaway to the area was a great choice ! I was impressed by the clean smelling room we had, along with friendly staff and decent breakfast. Staff was helpful and yet not too forward. Appreciated the suggestions made by the front desk staff as well. Loyalty program status was recognized and appreciated. (Thanks for the suite !!) Would def stay again ! December 12, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by VERY Pleasantly Surprised I admit, I was not happy about having to stay at a "random" hotel while in town for a time-share presentation, but I can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was most helpful, bringing me a crib for my baby, providing swim diapers so that he could go swimming, even providing some milk for him when I realized that we had forgotten to get some. The amenities were great, everything was nice and clean, the indoor pool area was very clean and immaculate. I was very happy to have been "put up" in this Holiday Inn Express, and even purchased a time-share package with them, partly due to the treatment we received while at this hotel. Good Job! Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Non inviting and overpriced for what you get way overpriced for room carpet needed replaced breakfast unorganized hot tub needed backflushed would not get hot bed not the greatest very disappointed for a small suite. Only stayed one night ..To top it off I made sure when I talked to the lady reserving me the room it was at light 6 in pigeon forge, I get there no rooms available they send me down the road to a different place. It didn't seem to bother any of the staff. I do believe where I was supposed to stay would of been real nice. Oh well try my next anniversary. December 12, 2014
