It was a great stay. The hotel location was very accommodating to shopping and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were comfortable

Only dulled by the fact that we were assigned one of the two rooms in the hotel that had no view but a building side.

The staff was very friendly and made great recommendations for things to visit. Informed us about travel delays to expect. Very clean facility both inside and out. Great internet WiFi access.

The couch was bumpy, carpeting was worn and the area around the bath tub had worn so it was hard to clean.
We have stayed there several times over the years and will return.

Property is in great condition. The staff that greeted us, especially Anna Lyons, was fantastic. Rooms we very clean and updated. I have nothing but good to say about the hotel and staff.

Booked room for three nights and called before I arrived to use reward points for one night and since Platinum Members have a no black out dates benefits I was told they had already met their alloted number of rooms for reward nights; I checked in late on Friday and Saturday I went to the front desk and asked Peggy who was working if I had any options, she was very informative and said she would speak to the manager on duty to see what they could do,
She spoke with Anna and I was told that all I needed to do was call the 800 number and ask them to call Anna and she would approve an override that would allow me to use the 20,000 points for my last night, THANKS to all, this allowed me to have more funds to take my three granchildren out,
I will surely recommend this location to family and friends and I will always Stay again,
