From the beginning with reservation being prepared and prompt to the clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast area was very clean, and kept clean, and the food was hot and stocked. The pool was refreshing, and the hot tub relaxing. If I have to complain about anything, it's the roughness of the facial tissues, they could be a better quality!

I though it is a very clean and nice hotel I would have chosen to be on strip but it was in a fairly good location breakfast was very good every morning and will save you a lot of money very nice of hotel to offer this

Manager was terrible. Instead of trying to listen to my problem and situation, she was very combative and only wanted to discuss her issues.
In a completely baffling turn of events, the manager, instead of trying to help with a broken, spraying hot tub threatened to call the police.

Where to start? I made my reservations at this facility with good expectations-After all it is a Holiday Inn. As a rewards member I would have expected a decent view out the window-nope-looked at the side of the building. Not happy but I also didnt make any special request. I also was not recognized as being a member-not that it is an important gesture but I have ALWAYS been thanked and at least offered a bottle of water. I did have a leaking sink in the bathroom. I reported it. They "fixed" it. NOT! It still was leaking and they left the plumbing snake in the room and their work cloths. The beds were not comfortable at all, and although they were clean it was a miserable 3 days. If I hadnt already paid- I would have left. The only positive thing was the breakfast, but certainly not enough to get me back at this facility for a third visit. We go to PF at least 2 times a yr and stay in the local hotels. Unfortunately I will not be back at this one. Beyond disappointed in Holiday Inn at this location.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 No Hot Water on 2 of the 3 days
We did not have hot water in our room for 2 of the 3 days. The first morning we had no hot water until 10 a,m, and that evening we were not able to use the jacuzzi tub because of lack of hot water. The second day we had hot water in the morning but only enough for one shower, my partner had to wait to take hers but was able to take it half hour later. That evening we were able to use the jacuzzi but very late at night hours after we intended to use it. I understand the hotel was fully booked which may have attributed to the problem. When staff came to look at the water problem they apologized and said we were at the end of the run. We also had problems with the toilet the first night with it taking a long time to fill between flushes, that problem was fixed but late the next day. We were told they had a lot of repair requests. We were in room 325.

Stayed for three nights to visit Dollywood and the Smokies. Great location and reasonable rates. Loved the breakfast! Especially the cinnamon rolls!
