Stated at the Pryor Holiday Inn Express for a family event in late November. Front desk clerks were all very helpful and friendly. Room was nice and as advertised, with 2 Q Beds, sofa, fridge, & microwave. I wouldn't exactly call it a suite, because there was only a small piece (maybe 6-8 inches) of a wall between the beds and the sofa. Also, only 1 TV--no TV by the couch.
Breakfast was good, and plentiful. The first day was bacon, premade omelets, and an assortment of breads, cereal, and yogurt. 2nd morning was biscuits and sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, and the other assortment. Coffee was available 24 hours and juice, milk, & tea were available for breakfast.
Overall, if I were to be in Pryor again, I would choose Holiday Inn Express. Decent value for the money, friendly, helpful staff, comfortable room, and great breakfasts.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Staff
While training for a new job. I stayed there for over a month. The staff was very accommodating and was helpful. I had a varying schedule and mostly delt with night personnel. They will be my first choice in the future.

When we got to breakfast around 8:30am a bunch of younger adults came in from outside the hotel and cleaned out everything in the breakfast area. They were not people staying at the hotel. Very disappointing.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by ERWilson68 Fire Alarms went off in the morning
Resting was impossible because the rooms are too bright and the road noise. Need better heaters and air conditioners. Also the fire alarms went off in the morning without any warning. When we asked we were told they were working on a bad wire. There should have been some kind of notice to the guest staying at the hotel. When I first booked my room I thought I was getting 2 rooms with 2 televisions and 2 beds. Then I found out it only had 1 bed and 1 television. What you consider as 2 rooms is a L-shaped room. Very misleading description. Also found food in the cabinets from previous guest. So that tells me that you don't inspect or clean your rooms very well.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by BusinessTravelr Great Overall Experience, Broken INTERNET
The hotel in terms of room quality, cleanness, facilities is really good, but for business travelers, not having a reliable and working internet in weeks, it is just not acceptable. this is a huge down for a good hotel.
I did personally take this topic to the manager on my checkout time and one week later the problem stills in there.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by BigJohnPA Restored my faith in your brand!
We stayed the night of October 2nd 2013 and we were hesitant to even stop at this hotel because on our trip we had so many bad experiences with your brand (IHG) However, I'm glad we stopped in and spoke with the night desk clerk. She was extremely helpful and gave us the correct room rate. She turned my disappointment in your brand around so much that the next night we stayed at another IHG hotel. My only complaint (and this goes for every IHG hotel that serves biscuits) is that the biscuits are like rocks. Buy a different brand of easy to make biscuits for goodness sake.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by CCRon Worst Wi-Fi ever
Room and breakfast were OK. TV didn't have many channel choices, but the real negative of this inn is the internet service. The Wi-Fi is almost non-existant. The signal strength is poor in the room and also in the lobby area. Worst I've seen in any HI Express I've stayed at.
