The only reason why I stay this one continually is because it is the only Holiday Inn in the area. Otherwise I would stay else where. The staff is not friendly. They have yet to recognize my Priority Card status. Rooms are not worth what we are charged. I get nothing but suites but these suites are regular rooms at other Holiday Inns. If I felt like driving from Tulsa or to Tulsa I would just to stay at a decent Holiday Inn.

A few minutes before I was going to check out, housekeeping knocked on the door, identified themselves, then within a very few seconds unlocked the door just as I was starting to open it. They (two females) would've walked right in had I been tied up - in the shower, on the phone, etc. They did not wait for a response.
A few minutes later someone else knocked on the door and identified themselves as from housekeeping. I opened the door, and a different girl asked if she could start cleaning the bathroom. Before I could say yes or no, she walked right past me. As she entered the bathroom and stepped into the tub (to remove the shower curtain, she said), I told her that I was not comfortable being in the room with a female, and asked her to leave. She said something like "I'll just be a minute." I then said "GET OUT!", after which she left.
I spend around 80-100 nights a year on the road and have never had anything like this happen before. I have no idea what this HIE property's policies are, but I can't imagine any hotel to allow their personnel to enter a guest's room - with the guest in it - uninvited. Policy or not, this particular HIE has serious customer service and training issues that need to be dealt with.
I would've liked to have had an office chair, but that's not a deal breaker.

I just recently stayed at this hotel for business. I stayed for the priority points. None of the exercise equipment worked. The rooms facing the front were very noisy due to trains and trucks going by.
Not much of a selection of hotel in Pryor to choose from.

We stayed in room 308. The shower did not work had to take a bath. The hot water didn't last long enough for the wife to take a bath so hers was cold and I was only in the bath for maybe 10 minutes. Appeared the room had not been cleaned as there were used tissues and q-tips under the counter in the bathroom. When told about the issue no response from the front desk to remedy the situation. I will look for another place to stay next time.
