Nice , clean hotel close to the Interstate. Staff was helpful in directing us to a restaurant in the evening, and the breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice place. Very centrally located in Wyoming on I-80, which I need. They only comment I have is that they have another outlet by beds so I can plug in my phone without unplugging their lamp or clock.

The staff at this facility were professional and friendly. The hotel appearance was excellent, made you feel quite comfortable. Our room was clean and well stocked with bathroom items. The breakfast was tasty and had a good selection. Next time in Rawlins we will stay at this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay on both nights one week apart. We traveled across country and back again, We knew we would stay again on the return trip because we knew what to expect. A welcoming staff, clean comfortable room, and a nice breakfast selection. We had our two teenage granddaughters with us and they totally enjoyed the pool. We always look for a Holiday Inn Express when we travel and have not been disappointed.

After returning to my room from working a long day I walked in and could smell smoke. I called the front desk and told her that my room smelled like someone had been smoking in it and I was allergic to smoke and had asthma. They told me all the rooms were full and the only thing she could do was spray air freshener. I told them that I was going to have to check out because I didn't want to get sick. The manager told me that I would be charged for the room if I checked out. She said that even though the room was nonsmoking there are other rooms that are allowed to smoke. The rooms would have to be under me or close on that floor to affect my room.. After arguing and even having my company speak to the manager she said she didn't care. All she could say is I would be billed even if I check out. I am a platinum member and I have never had this problem until staying at this hotel. Just be warned this is a smoking hotel so do not expect a nonsmoking room because of the smoking rooms around you. This manager does not go out of her way to make sure you are satisfied. I did leave and went to a different hotel because my eyes started itching and swelling and was billed for that night.
