Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Das schlecheste Hotel in den USA Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Mieser Service - man wird angelogen und ist überflüssig. Man stört. Zimmer sind nicht sauber und nicht wirklich komfortabel. Jedes Hotel ist besser. Probleme werden nicht behoben. Frühstück ist annehmbar. Es ist laut und es stinkt nach Diesel. July 27, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff The lazy town of Rawlins is a treasure box of people. The staff at the location are great. During my 10 days their they made me feel at home. They even gave me a nickname "Oregon". This was a nice way to get a hello in the mornings and goodnight after a hard day at work. If your going to stay in Rawlins, WY then make this your stop you owe it to yourself. I am going back for another 10 days very soon and can't wait to see the staff! July 25, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by travel with dogs I was traveling cross-country with 2 dogs. The Holiday Inn Express in Rawlins had fairly good value (the hotel was fine, but the town itself didn't have much to offer, making the price somewhat high for this location). The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were great!. The hotel was very dog friendly, and had adequate grass for canine needs. Check in and check out were very quick and easy. Overall, it was an excellent travel experience. July 24, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Next Time I'll Try Something Else I'm sure a lot of the business here is from people passing through onto other destinations. We chose this hotel over others because of past experience with HIE. Upon arrival we were informed that the pool was not operational and we'd have to go down the road to the Best Western if we wanted to swim with our kids. On the one hand it was nice that they worked out an arrangement on the other it was a complete turn off that during their "high season" they can't have a working pool? The second thing issue was..why..when I booked two rooms were the two rooms on opposite sides of the hotel? Who does that? We were traveling with family and it seemed obsurd to not put two rooms under the same booking/reservation near each other. The next problem was the smell of one of our rooms. It totally smelled like cat urine. And just for the icing on the cake the people above us were so loud we had to go upstairs and ask them to stop jumping on the beds or screaming or doing whatever they were doing that was making such a racket at 11:30 p.m. We were told, "We are 'trying' to get our kids to bed." Really? How is the even possible that anyone is trying to do anything than keep everyone and their neighbors up as late as possible. There are other hotels in Rawlins. Next time I find my self needing to stay overnight in Rawlins, I'll try something else. July 11, 2014
