They know me when I call and they always accommodate me with great service- clean amazing rooms and know be by name when I walk in the door Not the same service was afforded recently as I was in Douglas, Wyoming the staff had a suite left and refused to give it to me due to the fact I was staying with a CLC corporate card. The young lady was quite rude and refused me service. I ended up staying at the a sub par hotel January 24, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay in Rawlins We spent one night in Rawlins as we were traveling to Denver. This was our 2nd time staying at this location. Our room was great. We really appreciated that the bathroom had a walk in shower rather than a tub/shower combo. We would love to find this feature more often when we stay in hotels. It was a comfortable stay and the hotel was in great condition. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. January 6, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff and a GREAT property I want to share how amazing this location is- They call and check to see how the room is and they go the extra mile to make my stay amazing- A month or so back I left both of my chargers and the amazing young lady located them. I have only had 1 staff be rude to me- I stay here often and I the quality and kindness makes me happy to be there- I hope the amazing team knows how much they are appreciated and what a great job they do! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by breakfast You served omelets with a sweet pepper jelly both days I stayed. I think that tastes awful! I can't eat wheat (rolls and toast) so always choose the eggs. Suggest getting rid of that type of omelet or at least not serving the same type of eggs two days in a row. I do appreciate the selection of teas you provide and the fact that they are available 24-7. December 22, 2014
