Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and comfortable. Expected there to be a lot of outside noise because of location but it was very quiet. Nice breakfast and polite front desk staff. The only issues we had were poor water pressure in the shower and noisy housekeeper banging around in the room above us early one morning. The second morning it was very quiet. Will stay there again. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I felt very welcome and enjoyed my stay very much. The beds were comfy, the air/heating unit in the room was effective and not too noisy, and the cleanliness of the rooms was immaculate. January 28, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very Good Experience Impeccable staff and property. My only concern was the largely non functioning computer in the business center. A reasonably new Dell flat screen monitor hooked up to an antique IBM computer. The Apple MacBook I normally carry with me is at home in a non functioning state at the moment. You will be listening to the cheesy music they play out of the speakers at the front entrance all night long. Also people idling diesels and opening and closing car doors ALL NIGHT LONG. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Total Package Over the years I have stayed in many Holiday Inns both for business and personal. I have come to enjoy the two express inns in Rawlins and Laramie Wy. Both are outstanding in every way except Rawlins still has a breakfast. To me a bowl of cereal or some toast is perfect way to get the day started. Add a piece of fruit and you're set. I have eaten at the restaurant in Laramie and like most places you have things that you don't want on the plate and the wait can some times be a little more than I have allowed. Poor planning on my part. Aside from my own personal taste in food I have to say that both Inns have 100% in top people thru out and thats what counts! December 7, 2013
