Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful hotel, but look elsewhere if you need Internet This hotel was really good in all things except the wireless internet. The connection was poor in signal strength, even after being reset. If you can bring your own internet through Verizon they got a great 4G signal in the area, so you'll be OK. Internet was the only bad thing about this hotel December 12, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Gret Stay It was a very great hotel stay.The food was excellent for breakfast. The hotel was very clean. The apperance of the hotel was very clean and orderly. The staff was very helpful and couteous. The font desk was very helpful and kind. Checking in was a breeze and very informative. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Bath rooms were clean and setup nice. Location was easy to find. Parking was excellent. The common areas were clean and orderly. Newspaper were available and cookies at night. Food at the breakfast was great. Eating area was clean and orderly. Elevators worked fine and access to the rooms were great. overall it was a great stay at your hotel. I wouls definetly stay at the hotel when I visit the Reno area again. I am a strong Holiday inn person. We normally choose stasyin in the Holiday inn hotels when we are traveling. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Overall I stay at this hotel usually a couple nights every month. It is close to the airport and has a shuttle service which is convenient. On a recent stay, 11/17/14 my room on the third floor was freezing, I thought maybe the window was open but it was not. Evidently no one had been in that room in a while. After a couple hours of having the heat on it finally warmed up. At the end of the week I was there again for one night, this time on the third floor again but my room temperature was fine from the start. That night it rained and there was a dripping noise outside my window that was a little annoying but overall this hotel is very nice to stay at. One does have to drive to go to a restaurant though, there is nothing within walking distance. November 22, 2014
