Overall stay was good and pleasant.. We liked the staff and were very friendly. On Breakfast more options could have been more better.

The people working at the front desk are very cordial and helpful. I stay at this location quite often and one of the reasons I stay here instead of the other hotels my company suggests is that the people working at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate them reserving a room near the side door which is where I prefer to stay.
The breakfast is sub par in comparison to almost all the other hotels I visit around the country. Very little fruit, most of the time no yougart. There used to be pancakes and french toast but now it is never served. There is a very nice young lady that takes care of the breakfast room but the food she has been given to serve is subpar.
Beside the breakfast food I feel the hotel is a good value and I have recommended it to other employees at my company.

This is a very nice property conveniently located to dining, shopping and transportation in a nice neighborhood with friendly, professional staff who make you feel like valued family. I always look forward to staying there.

Comfortable bed, quiet room, clean. I visit a nearby business and the location if perfect. Hotel name changed recently. Apparently no more HBO. Short walk to cafe for awesome breakfast or lunch, or visit Tilted Kilt for pub food and drinks.

The lack of signage made it difficult to find this motel. Once we arrived at the first entrance, it looked as if the motel was under construction and not open. After a little more exploration, we found another entrance - but the lack of signage and direction had us a little worried at first.

The night we checked in, the night auditor came to our room with a plunger to fix a toilet which would not flush. After he was done with the toilet, he then attempted to place it into the sink to fix the blocked drain. While doing this he was also dripping filthy toilet water all over the bathroom floor and then on the counter/vanity over my toiletries and toothbrush. As the plunger neared the sink, I asked him to stop immediately what he was doing and leave my room. He became flustered asking me how else I expected him to clear the drain in the sink. I kindly advised him he'd have to figure out a different way and to remove the disgusting plunger off my toiletries and vanity and leave my room. We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and advised front desk a total of 3 times of the 5 maintenance issues we had with our room. Upon check out, the maintenance man happened to be standing at the front desk and was surprised after hearing my story as he had not seen a single maintenance slip in order to go to our room and repair the issues.
The excuse we received is that the hotel had just been open for 3 weeks and you were all trying to work out the kinks. I received an online survey a few days after our stay, as I always do, and I completed it. To date, I have not heard from anyone regarding my stay.
