Don't know why, but the quality of the complimentary breakfast has deteriorated recently; however, there are plenty of great places to eat in the immediate vicinity, so you won't go without if you allow time to get something on the way to wherever you need to be. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Awful Staff is unfriendly and always a hassle when checking in. Either no one is at the desk or when they are they never know what they are doing. Even though I am a platinum member it does not expedite the check in process. I am here every week for business and they act like they have never seen me before. Employees seem miserable TV has not worked on 2 occasions, the room type I booked was confirmed and not available on arrival. No hello or thank you. They act like they are doing you a favor by letting you stay there. The room is not always made up. They do not always replace towels or shampoo. Breakfast is terrible.often out of items like oatmeal, fruit and on several occasions they run out of coffee cups and substitute with cups with no lids. Last 2 days there was no lids at all so you can't take coffee with you. Logistically the hotel worked for me but have decided to drive farther to stay at a Another property that is not Holiday Inn. Buyer beware. Gives priority club a bad name. January 9, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Confused After the room was not made up a couple of days, I complained to desk, and was told if you stay more than one night your room s not "fully" cleaned. There is no notice of this policy nor is there an explanation of what "fully" means. One day I got no towels, another the bed was not made up, yet another amenities were not replaced after usage, another no coffee pack refills.... Not a horror story, just confused as to what the "policy" means and what is not included. January 2, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by new hotel and need more experienced staff arrived at 3:15pm but can't check in untill 3:55pm because of 4pm check in policy. because it is low season, there should have a lot of room available. checked the parking lot, I got same feeling. sitting in lobby for 40 minutes is not cool thing. There are numerous attractions in the area, and there are many nice restaurants nearby from which to choose. Having only recently been acquired by the Holiday Inn Express December 31, 2014
