The guy finishing his shift (R...) just told us we arrived early (an hour) and never offered us an available room. We did not see, at all, a fair and proper treatment for an IHG member. However, 15 minutes later, Vicente asked us about our reservation and found us a room to check in earlier. We really appreciated it after a 10 hour trip to San Antonio with 2 children. That's how you do business... thanks Vicente! July 1, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Rooms The condition of the rooms was disappointing, the furniture was cheap looking and seem to be second hand auction bid. The faucet in the bathroom was falling apart and was made of cheap plastic material. The beds were old and worn, it was very uncomfortable to sleep in and would not recommend to any other guest. The overall impression of the room seem very cheap and creepy, something you expect from a cheap motel. The staff was good, nothing extra ordinary, they were there to do the work and not trained to do hospitality or have an understanding of hospitality. All this is not the fault of the employees but the standard of management`. It does not seem to be a vision or mission statement goal priority for management. June 20, 2015
