Staff was nice. Gave us a free upgrade when the room we requested was not available. We didnt even have to ask for it.

Fantastic hotel, everybody was kind and helpful and the hotel itself was great and clean. I loved the breakfast and the pool outside, i will definitely stay here again

Front staff and maintenance staff were awesome. Internet was terrible on the 4th floor. My friends on the second floor had no problems at all with the internet though. Noise level was pretty loud. I could hear everything in the halls.

Very Clean, comfortable beds. Friendly polite staff. Breakfast staff was awesome! The housekeeping department was awesome.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The sofa bed mattress was in desperate need of replacement. Noise from hallway was quite loud. Having said that, the room was clean, and the staff very courteous. We've stayed here before and will stay here again.

I have stayed here twice. The first time I had issues w/my room being next to the elevator but the manager corrected that problem by giving me a discount at checkout.
Second time I stayed here the service was great as it was before. The staff are nice, eager to help, Carlos has the best smile ever!!!
The hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable, safe, and I will definitely stay again.

We recently moved to Texas from Colorado and were visiting SeaWorld when our car broke down. After having our car towed to a repair shop, we made reservations at the Holiday Inn because it had a shuttle service that would come pick us up. We had no luggage so we were without toiletries. Signs posted throughout the hotel informed us that we could contact the front desk for toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. The check-in desk was unable to provide us with anything and suggested we ask another hotel next door or walk to a local pharmacy. The next morning there was no hot water for showers. When we informed the front desk, they told us that local construction affected their hot water. They also told us they had informed guests of this. However, we were not informed when we made the reservation or when we checked in. In addition, the room was either freezing when the ac was loudly running or so hot we were sweating during the intervals when the ac cycled off. The front desk staff was never rude but acted as if they couldn't understand why we were unhappy with our overall stay.
