Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Bed, Quiet and Clean Although the reservations turned out to be a fiasco for us, once that got straightened out the room was perfect for our needs. Somehow, the connection between the Holiday Inn and the Holiday Inn Express appears to get confused by the reservations people. These hotels are only one block away from each other. The central reservations desk appears to have no clue about what's going on at the actual locations. The had cancelled our reservation, and the actual hotel had us at the wrong location. But they were terrific about getting it all corrected, and gave us the room we wanted. It was a GREAT value and as nice as any much higher priced hotel room we've stayed at in these ways: Immaculately clean; very quiet; great and comfortable bed. We had no view, but we didn't particularly want one--just a cozy, comfortable retreat in a great location, and that's exactly what we got. December 24, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay at the Holiday Inn Express Fisherman's Wharf! We loved it here! Perfect location, you can walk to Fisherman's Wharf in minutes! The front desk staff was helpful and very friendly, and made us feel welcome. We booked several tours with Jesse and Yasmeen at the concierge desk, and they were both helpful and friendly as well, and gave us great information. We would highly recommend this hotel! Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No A/C in room--Hard to sleep No A/C in room the first night. Staff was friendly but no assistance was provided to my wife, with a bad back, when changing rooms due to the A/C issue. She hurt herself during the move. 50% discount for 1 night was not sufficient, knowing this. While 25000 points were offered, I felt there should have been additional monetary compensation for the issues we faced. December 21, 2014
