Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nan5 Pleasant stay
We were exhausted after driving for 14 hours and dealing with construction. Our experience was pleasant from the time we arrived until we checked out. Just what we needed prior to a college visit for my daughter. We were able to settle in and rest in the comfortable beds and quiet room. The hotel was clean and the staff was professional and very kind.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by WilliamsG Excellent stay, recommended
The room, bathroom and common areas are clean and well kept. The staff are friendly and helpful. I loved the breakfast food, selection and service. The hotel has a business center with two computers, a printer and office supplies (free of any charge)... I used it twice. Having this business center was great when traveling for business. The TV channel selection was great and the internet was fast and easy to connect. The room was quiet. Very easy and fast check in and out.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 family trip
My family visited Selma,Texas, to attend a birthday party for my husbands 91 year old aunt. We traveled with our daughters and their three small toddlers. Imagine my horror to hear the maids in the hall discussing my daughters room. The weather was cold and rainy so those babies spent most of their 5 day trip in the room. If your employees don't like their jobs any better than they acted maybe they should get an education and try something else. I did address this with management and I don't feel my concerns were of their time. We travel to Selma once a year and we normally stay at this hotel but from now on we will take our business somewhere else.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by BonBon4557 Walls are too thin, apparently not much insulation!
If you want to get a good night's sleep, do not stay here! The walls are so thin, you can hear other TV's not only next door but in rooms near by.... Some people leave their TV on all night long.
Staff was very pleasant and sympathetic, but the problem is with apparently not much insulation in the walls.
Breakfast choices as far as any prepared foods was pretty poor. Cinnamon rools were good. Eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy were bad. Best to eat cereals or oatmeal.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by GF22 Don't expect to do laundry
I travel for about 8 months out of the year for work, sometimes weeks at a time. Well, it just so happened that it would be a laundry day at this hotel. There is only one SMALL washer, and a regular sized dryer that took 4 cycles to dry a normal size load of laundry (at a dollar a cycle). When I talked to the front desk about it, I was informed that "people don't do their laundry while traveling anymore". This was complete news to me, and I'm sure I've met a few more people on the road who would agree.
The hotel was nice, and the price was nothing to complain about. I would recommend staying here, but only if you don't plan on doing laundry.
