I have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express locations before but this particular location did not meet my expectations. The first night there was a lot of noise on the floor above us and all we could hear was someone's child constantly running back and forth. During our stay we also discovered the shower head was not working properly and this made it difficult to get a shower. The first morning the breakfast was good but the pancake and waffle machine was out of order. I was very disappointed on my second morning to find that the same menu options for breakfast were not offered on the second morning that was offered on the first morning.

We were looking for place to stay in on short notice in Shreveport and based on past experience with this chain made an online reservation here. It was a very good choice.

Other than the air conditioning not working right and the fuzzy tv reception, it was a pleasant stay.

this hotel will treat you as a number and not a person
the personnel I dealt with do not have a concept of what a customer service is and were very unprofessional
the housekeeping person was very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Instead knocking on the door to find out if you're still in the room, she banged on the door as if rousing a dead person.

Was there for just one night. Ask for a silent room as it is directly at the interstate. Friendly staff. Rooms are clean

Very upset from the start of my stay. When waiting in the lobby for my husband there was two chairs and a couch that had most of the leather worn off. No one would have this set in their house. The room was short on linens, we went and got pillow cases and towels. The bathroom had one bar of soap.
Durning breakfast we watched staff go in and out of the breakfast room. One staff member cleaned the hallway then back into the breakfast room. Not sure how clean the food was.
When leaving the maid almost ran over us with the maid cart and never even spoke.
So upset because we are very faithful to Holiday Inn Express.
The hotel was atmost on the runway and the interstate, lots of noise.
