Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst HIE Experience EVER! We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the hospital we needed to visit the next day. When we arrived no one was at the front desk. I called the number on the sign to say that I was at the front desk. The clerk was not friendly and told me he was changing a light bulb. When he did show up he took about 30 seconds to check me in. Never asked me what I would like for my Platinum member reward. Unfortunately, our experience goes down from there. The room had a strong musty smell when we entered. The AC was off and it took almost an hour to cool the room down. The mattresses were old and extremely worn. The edges of the mattress were hard and stood up higher than the rest of the bed. The only mirror in the room was in the bath room. We left before breakfast. No one was at the front desk. All in all, this is by far the WORST HIE I have ever stayed in. If we have to visit WK hospital in the future I will definitely book another hotel. October 10, 2014

However, I do not understand why anyone would build a hotel in that location. Almost no restaurants nearby, on a noisy freeway and the air smelled of a feed lot, or dairy farm. September 16, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by It Could Have Been Better I stayed at this hotel for the first time in early September 2014. During the stay the hotel had to shut off the water to the room during the day. I suppose for maintenance. Well, after they turned the water back on by ~6:00 PM, I notice there was no running water in the bathroom sink. I left the faucet on for a while thinking it just needed to clear the air from the pipes, but by the next morning I still did not have any running water at the sink. I could not prepare normally and had to use the tub to shave, wash my face and brush my teeth. In addition to that, and even though I had a non-smoking room, the room occasionally filled with the smell of cigarettes since some rooms nearby are approved for smoking. Lastly, there was plenty of noise from the highway to keep me disturbed through the night. My stay was not the worst, but it could have been better. September 8, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A Great Place To Stay This is the third time I've stayed in this hotel, and I enjoyed it as much this last time as I did the first time; the staff has always been courteous and professional, the room clean and even though it is a hotel, gave a "homey" feeling. The beds are comfortable, but no matter what I still missed my Sleep Number! With that said, the beds are pretty darn comfortable. The breakfast area was clean, well stocked and constantly monitored for freshness and to ensure it was properly stocked. Access to/from the interstate highway was great, and although I was driving, the airport was nearby would seem to be a plus for an air traveler. September 6, 2014
