Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasing Property Stopped at this property without reservations. Desk staff was warm and friendly and did everything to accommodate my requests. Room was impeccable, well kept, and you could tell housekeeping took their duties seriously. This room had a jacuzzi which worked perfectly and well needed after a long day of driving. I would recommend this property as a priority place to stay. October 26, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst HIE Experience EVER! We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the hospital we needed to visit the next day. When we arrived no one was at the front desk. I called the number on the sign to say that I was at the front desk. The clerk was not friendly and told me he was changing a light bulb. When he did show up he took about 30 seconds to check me in. Never asked me what I would like for my Platinum member reward. Unfortunately, our experience goes down from there. The room had a strong musty smell when we entered. The AC was off and it took almost an hour to cool the room down. The mattresses were old and extremely worn. The edges of the mattress were hard and stood up higher than the rest of the bed. The only mirror in the room was in the bath room. We left before breakfast. No one was at the front desk. All in all, this is by far the WORST HIE I have ever stayed in. If we have to visit WK hospital in the future I will definitely book another hotel. October 10, 2014
