Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A Great Stay My husband and I took a little jaunt to Silver City, NM to see the beautiful Gila Wilderness and the Gila Cliff Dwellings. We both found the Holiday Inn to be a nice choice, the room was spotless, very comfortable and the staff was so nice. The housekeepers kept our room immaculate for the 3 night stay. I think the breakfast served up is really a great feature, we both enjoyed the varied selections and how could my beloved husband not be pleased when his most favored biscuits and gravy was available each day? The lady who keeps the breakfast food fresh and lovely was such a sweet woman. One great feature for anyone going to the Gila Cliff Dwellings is the turn off to get there is just 1 block to the west at the stop light from the Holiday Inn. I enjoyed the room! I loved the shower, always a plus to have a great bathroom when away from home. The hotel was undergoing construction/expansion but it did not impact our stay in the least. I would definitely stay here again if I make it to Silver City. August 18, 2014

The breakfast was a real breakfast with hot food and a lot of variety. Overall a great hotel in a great town and a value on top of all that! July 10, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and comfortable. Over all, it was a good experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, which was a primary concern. Renovation was underway, so we could not get a king-bed room which we had reserved. The breakfast was average, about what you would expect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We accidentally left an important item in the room when we checked out, and the staff was tremendously helpful in getting the item sent to us at home quickly. July 10, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Sheets had hair on them and had to be replaced in 2 rooms The staff was awesome...however hotel is undergoing a renovation and half of us stayed in the old side and the other half of us stayed in the new side. The old side beds were hard and the sheets in the rooms had hair on them and green crusties...yuck....however they gave us new sheets and we were fine. July 9, 2014
