Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Atmosphere is wonderful Our king-sized bed was the most comfortable of any hotel. Did not have to mess with the temperature control as the temperature was already very comfortable. Staff was concerned about our safety due to snow storm arriving. Precautions were made to keep walks cleared and updates to road conditions and weather constantly provided. November 23, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by One of the Better Holiday Inn Express Hotels I've Used First, there was a large high school cross country meet in town. When I arrived to check in, there were no less than 50 kids and parents in the lobby. My own son was part of the event, but we were not with this group. I expected to stand in line an hour to check in. Not the case, the staff were controlled, friendly and efficient and I probably took 15 minutes to get checked in. Second, I am a work out junky and base much of my reviews on the condition of the fitness center. This fitness center was nice. 2 treadmills, a bike, an elliptical, a weight bench and a full set of dumb bells. Most have about half of what I just described. It was also stocked and very clean. The room was great too. My wife and kids complained that the pillows were a little too soft, but that's a minor infraction. Overall, it was a great experience. November 18, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff and comfortable bed We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, but we were very surprised that on Saturday Night, there were a bunch of people in the cafeteria part of the downstairs that were all enjoying alcohol beverages. They had several coolers full of beer, wine coolers, and other types of drinks. To me, that was a surprise that they could drink in public like that. I would think that would be an open container with the drinks all open like that. November 17, 2015

Had to make several calls to several different people who all gave me the runaround and told me to call a different person who was also no help. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by bedding was clean fresh and comfortable Price was great! My preference is to stay in Holiday Inn Express when we travel. However, many of your hotels have raised their prices, or so it seems to me. I frequent the Inn in LeMars Iowa but have stayed at the Baymont the past few times because it is a better value even though I prefer Holiday Inn Express. I am a rewards member but it takes a long time to et points. My sister and I are planning a trip to the southeast this winter and have booked the Holiday Inn in Charleston, Ashley RIver area. We are paying a lot and wish we could get a better rate. I think Holiday Inn Express is almost always excellent in every regard. I just don't have the budget to always make that choice. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Missing Breakfast Lady I needed to use the Microwave and didn't see one in the breakfast area. There was noone around to ask if I could use the microwave in the kitchen, so being pressed for time, I entered the kitchen and heated up my food. When I returned to the breakfast area, the Breakfast Lady proceeded to reprimand me for using the microwave in thier kitchen. I apologized and stated that there wasn't anyone around for me to ask. She then pointed out 2 microwaves at the other end of the room, I would not have seen them on my own. To make matters worse, the Breakfast lady returned to her conversation with the Desk clerk, while staring a hole through me, making myself and my associates uncomfortable. Holiday Inn Express, you can do better than this!!!! November 9, 2015

The hotel across the freeway was sold out therefore I stayed here. Hotel OK not a leader anymore November 6, 2015
