Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Average - but newly remodeled. (1) I arrived on Sunday for a week stay. On Monday I received a call from the hotel asking me if I was aware that checkout is at 10:00 since I still had stuff in the room. I told them yes I am aware that checkout is at 10:00 but my itinerary that was booked over a month ago shows me staying from 10/12 thru 10/17 (Friday) - 6 days not 1. (2) I did like the workout room which was equipped with more than normal equipment. However I strongly encourage replacing one of the 2 ellipticals with a second treadmill and repairing the elliptical that is left because both of them are really noisy when operated. I observed for 6 straight days that nobody used the ellipticals except me because every time I wanted to use the treadmill someone was on it so I was forced to use them. More treadmills - less ellipticals. (3) Sleeping in the first floor was hard due to the ease of acoustic noise coming from the second floor tenants. You can easily hear people walking, talking and found the rooms to be less than average for noise insulation. I had to go to Academy next door and purchase some ear plugs (which worked wonders the second night). (4) Many of the Outside lights in the parking lot (particularly the ones mounted on the hotel pointing out toward the lot) were not working. I'll close in saying that the hotel was very clean and newly remodeled from what it appeared. The rooms were very nice (minus the noise). And staff was very nice (Minus the mix-up). October 21, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Stay was Decent - Hotel was clean First off the Hotel was very clean and appeared to be newly remodeled. The bathrooms in the room were larger than your normal hotel bathrooms so that was a plus too. The workout room had more equipment than majority of hotels I've been in which was also a plus. I would stay here again but I do have a few things to note below for management. A couple of things to note for management: *Only 1 treadmill in the workout room which always seemed to be taken when I needed to have my daily run. You have 2 elliptical's in there which both of them are rather noisy when being operated should be replaced or repaired however I would suggest replacing one of the elliptical's with another treadmill since treadmills are used more than ellipticals per my weeks observations. I did not observe anyone using the ellipticals other than myself which I used because the treadmill never seemed to be free for use. *I made my reservations over a month ago to stay there for a week. I arrived on a Sunday and on Monday while I was at our office I received a phone call by the receptionist around 3:00 in the afternoon asking me if I was aware that checkout was at 10:00. I was shocked because my itinerary stated checkout was on Friday(5 nights# not Monday #1 night). *I would suggest to anyone to stay on the 3rd floor if you stay here so that you don't hear the tenants above walking in their room. I found that to be a big disappointment and later went next door to Academy and picked up some earplugs in order to sleep comfortably. *Quite a few lights in the exterior parking lots were not working. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Construction Zone The lobby was great but outside was a true mess. I was thinking we would get a nail in our tire for sure. Parking was not adequate at all. Elevator seemed really slow and unsteady. Pool area was locked and no one was around to open it. Bed was comfortable but the chairs were hard as rocks. The small fridge was not cold enough. Price was a little high for what we got. October 17, 2014
