Stayed one night while shopping at Destiny USA. Hotel is convenient to I-81. Variety of restaurants very close by. Kids enjoyed the pool. Room was clean and as expected for the Holiday Inn Express chain. Breakfast had good choices. Will stay again.

The staff are very professional and friendly. This is my second stay at this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone.
Rooms are exceptionally clean and check in was a breeze.
The stay was quiet and comfortable.
Will stay again.

We arrived around supper time and was told that they were serving their hotel guests dinner. We took our things to our room and went down stairs to a lovely ham dinner with all the fixings and dessert. Never have we ever experienced that before. They said they try to do it once a month.. What a nice surprise after driving all day. It saved us at least $60 for dinner elsewhere. Thank you so much to all the staff. Keep up the good work.

We spent the night in Syracuse for a short Staycation. The pool was a nice warm temperature and the breakfast was just what we needed before our visit to the zoo. The staff at this Hi Express is very accommodating and extremely friendly. We stay here anytime we have to stay overnight in Syracuse. It's always clean and family friendly. Admittedly it seemed our bed was very hard and not as comfortable as we are use to when we stay here.

very satisfied with all services, room was big, comfortable the bed was the best fresh and clean....front desk was very helpful, breakfast was delicious and bountiful taken to airport early a.m. and picked up 3 weeks later on time and with a smile. LOVED IT!!!! Can't wait to go back

this hotel is wonderful for close to airport with long stay parking option. Shuddle service is quick, polite and helpful with options.

Outstanding! Comfortable place to stay close to the airport. If you are I the mood for relaxing before digging out of the snow on the way out to the airport. this is the place to stay with no stress.
