Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Quick Stay i am hoping it was just bad timing. check in took way too long. check out took way too long. i went to breakfast at 8:00 and all of the hot breakfast entrees were empty. there was a lot of hallway noise related to the cleaning of the carpets. December 17, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love this hotel Always pleasant, well kept, clean, one of the best and most comfortable and appointed beds of many of the hotels I stay at and the free, full, hot breakfast in the morning is outstanding. I like also having coffee available in the lobby whenever I want it, like the business center to check my emails while on the road, like the proximity of my favorite restaurants and enjoy making the side trips through and into the historic downtown area. The hotel is always decorated nicely for Christmas. The only thing I missed is the chocolate chip cookies that used to be offered at check-in. December 15, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Broken mattress The mattress on one of the two beds in our room (202) was broken down. This was not noticed till after I was ready for bed and I was not about to change rooms at that late hour. My wife's bed was in fine shape. I slept in the broken bed. I notified the desk clerk as we checked out in the morning. The curve in the mattress was so obvious I felt the maid should have notified superiors of the problem. And who knows, maybe she had. My wife slept very well. I didn't. WIthout that problem, I would have probably rated it "excellent" in all categories. November 23, 2014
