Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Front Desk needs Professional Development We arrived at 2:30pm with a reservation and according to the young man in no uniform but wearing a very nice powder blue sweatshirt there were no rooms. When I asked if he would check he simply pointed to the sign on the wall that check in was not until 4:00pm. After we finally checked in there was no linen in the room for the sleeper sofa. When I called the front desk the young lady there said that she would bring it up. Somehow 10 minutes later we receive a call from the front desk that she "had come to our room but no one answered the door." Really! If you are going North try Cedar City. If you are going South try Mesquite. January 23, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Safe Location and Pet Friendly Zion hotel employee's always friendly and helpful. The location is close to the National parks as well as Saint George activities. I feel safe and comfortable when traveling to Hurricane. I took my two doxies this trip, I was provided a room with great access to the outside. Very pet friendly. January 20, 2015

I was especially pleased that the breakfast was scrambled eggs instead of the omelet I'm not too fond. Clean, quiet and comfortable. We were very disappointed that as members we weren't able to take advantage of our perc for a late checkout, we really needed it this time. January 19, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Room Quality The general experience was good related to the staff and their willingness to accommodate our requests. However, the building was noisy. Sleep was interrupted every 5-10 minutes by the swimming pool pumps and there was a constant humming and vibration from the air handlers. If you stay there, ask for a room that doesn't face the swimming pool. At least that will eliminate some of the noise. Otherwise, the room was good, clean and comfortable. January 15, 2015
