The front desk staff were wonderful. We are from out of state and had stayed in the hotel previously, however, on this trip, we got off the Garden State Parkway at the wrong exit. After calling the hotel, the front desk staff was able to direct me to the correct exit and the hotel. Staff was terrific.

The people at this Holiday INN are by far the best that I have ever encountered in a hotel. They were all kind and courteous, they made me feel at home as as if I was part of their family. The manager and the staff are all very dedicated to their jobs and it shows through the way they present themselves. I had to stay there on and off due to me being in the middle of a move and they went over and beyond to ensure I not only felt welcomed but was taken care of when I had any difficulties or had any special request. I will most definitely be recommending this hotel to anyone I know who would be staying in that area.

Great night's sleep, clean and well kept room, great staff and plenty of near room parking. Hotel is within a mile of where I was born and raised. I was in town for a concert and a cruise down memory lane where I lived for 64 years.

we were here for family visits as well as possible home purchase so the proximity to both of these issues was really important to our stay. we travel up from Florida 2 to 3 times a year,so this last stay meant a lot and the peace of mind and good nite sleeps helped a lot,too. we hope to be back in January and hope to again experience the same good stay at your fine hotel that we just enjoyed now.Kudos to you in management and your terrific staff.

I expected more from this hotel based on my experience with the chain. My hotel room was aging and had an old stale smell. I brought my son with me on this trip and as a result discovered the TV remote, which I do not usually use, did not work. The linens were clean but visibly old. The tub would not drain during my shower and had to be emptied by maintenance with a bucket. The standing water revealed "things" that I was not responsible for, it was rather disgusting. Not at all what I have come to expect from the brand but not atypical either. Consistency is not a Holiday Inn trademark.

We stay here each year for several days. Overall, this hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and the location is close to shopping and the beach. I find that the beds and pillows are a bit too firm and the bathrooms are a bit too small, otherwise, the place is fine and we will continue to stay here on our once a year trip to this area. The hotel does state that the indoor pool is heated, however, the water is cold. I asked the front desk to please turn up the heat but they said there is no way to turn the heat up as it is set. I asked another staff person if the heat could be turned up and they said sure thing and within a few hours, the pool was warmer. The front desk should not have told me the heat could not be turned up. A hotel should not be cheap when it comes to running the pool heater a little more, otherwise, the hotel is fine.
