Yes it is still a Holiday Inn Express & Suites, but this crew should be in a 5 star facility. March 22, 2015

Only two things I would have improved.... the pool was too cold for my young children to enjoy and the meat at breakfast wasn't that great, but the rest of breakfast was awesome!!! March 21, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by VERY accomodating, great location, great service. I must start by saying how friendly and nice the entire staff was. My initial stay was scheduled for a week earlier; due to winter weather, I needed to postpone my trip. The IHG site was NOT very helpful with this, but Theresa with the facility was very helpful and gracious in changing the dates, no worries. Upon arrival, I was greeted and treated like a valued guest. The location is clean, quiet, and comforting. The air conditioner/heat unit is updated (wall controlled) and was nice and quiet. Overall, a good experience, I will be back for sure. March 17, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed I am very disappointed in my stay. I am a native to the area and come here often for business meetings, as well as to shop and visit. Here are the issues that I had: 1.) The reservation clerk was informed over the phone that I would be arriving late. It was very nice of her to add that to my reservation request, along with the request for a top-floor room, and so I was very encouraged before my arrival that this would be a terrific stay. 1a: Upon arrival around 11pm, I was met with a sign that said the front desk attendant was tending to another guest and was away from the front desk, and so there was no one to check me in. I had to use the restroom after a long trip, and so I went to the restroom and returned to the front desk. There was a person there this time. She quizzed me on how I got into the building. I was a bit put off. I told her that I came in through the front door but had to go and use the restroom, because there was no one at the front desk to check me in. She wasn't very pleasant. After checking me in, she then told me I would have room #118, which is on the noisiest floor in the hotel, and was not what I had requested, as they had put in my reservation request that I was to have a top floor room. She then gave me a top floor room, but I was shocked to arrive on the top floor and find out that my room was rightnext to an elevator--literally, it was six inches away from it. I was so tired I couldn't go back down and go through the check-in again, as it had already taken 10-15 minutes at this point. I had also mentioned to her that I was a light sleeper, which was my reason for requesting the top floor. I don't know if giving me the room right next to the elevator was an honest mistake (the hotel was almost empty) or if she was being spiteful. 2.) The heater in the room (this is a new hotel?) is a wall heater/ac, and after turning up the heat to a normal level, my sinuses starting running from the moldy smell and the dust coming from the device. 3.) I was unable to sleep the next morning due to the constant elevator noise. I did have a nice breakfast, though, and the lady working the breakfast was a real pro--excellent in keeping everything stocked, attentive, and always present. In fact, my experience with her and her wonderful breakfast was so terrific, I wanted to tip her, even though it was a "serve yourself" continental breakfast. Therefore... 4.) I went to the front desk, which now had another person working there, and asked for change for a $20 (for tip money). The front desk lady didn't say anything, if I recall--she just took my $20 bill and held it up to the light, looking for a watermark! I have never felt so disrespected as a guest in a hotel in my life, as if I was trying to pass of a fake $20 bill! It was the first time in my 45 years that this has happened to me. She didn't just hold it up quickly, either, it was as if she was intently trying to find the DaVinci code hidden in the $20 bill's watermark or something. Again, I felt like I was about 2 feet high and just felt completely disrespected. The next night was not any better, and I stayed in the same room because I just didn't want to deal with the front desk people anymore. I noticed green mold ingrained on the shower floor the next day, and was afraid to step in it. My sinuses were even worse the next day and I, again, didn't get any sleep. I will be looking for another hotel at which to stay, even though I had one free night as a Platinum Elite Rewards Member and paid for the second night. It was a truly disappointing experience and I ask that the hotel's General Manager please contact me immediately. March 14, 2015
