Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Short Staff Great Hotel to stay. Bed and food was fine. I had a party going on after hours in the room above mine. Had to call the front desk twice...their response was "they were the only person on duty...they were trying to check people in...they had no security to go upstairs check the room. They world get to it when they could." Noise went on all night and the next morning. September 25, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Above average hotel experience, Below average HIE experience I felt like they were in a hurry to get people moving and out in the morning. I didn't like that even on the weekend the breakfast ended so early. We got there half an hour before the time ended, and food that they ran out of was not replenished. So even though they had biscuits and gravy, there was no gravy. Yogurt was wiped out. I think the eggs may have been powdered, or least they tasted like powder. The room was adequate. It was a double queen. The room was fine. But, the early checkout time, plus the vacuuming outside the bedroom door despite the "Do Not Disturb" on the door added to the feeling that they were in a rush to get us out. It did not live up to our usual HIE experience, but overall it was still above average in the grand scheme of things. September 24, 2014

It is nestled up in a quieter area of Wytheville with even a nice view of the close mountains. It is still relatively new which makes the staying experience even better. September 21, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past few months. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The hotel in general is very clean and well maintained. The rooms that I have been assigned to (3 rooms) were very clean. The beds are extremely comfortable and there was very little noise from guests. The breakfast area was very nice and breakfast choices were ok (but not great). I would definitely return to this hotel again. September 17, 2014
