Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great property until a recent visit I have stayed at this property a number of times since the first of the year, and was most impressed with the property untill a recent visit. During this visit I purchased food from a local resturant to take home, and stored it in the in-room refigerator. When I was packing to leave the morning after, it was then I found out the refigerator was broken/ out of service. The $15 +/- of food I wanted to take home had spoiled. I sent an email through Priority Club about this incident, but never heard a response from the property management. Since this incident, I have been reluctant to stay at this property. Other than this incident, this is still a very nice property (with the exception of the HIX breakfast ((needs updating system wide)). Great location, nice rooms (refigerators?), quiet, good HVAC, resturants nearby. And finally, one of the few HIX that uses "real" dishes for breakfast, a very nice touch. May 31, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Exceptional Hotel A very nice place to stay. Rooms were very nice and exceptionally clean. We stopped here on our way home after staying in a Crown Center in Sharonville, Ohio. No comparison between the two. This HI Express far exceeded the Crown Center in every way. The bed was very comfortable. A great experience for anyone needing a clean, comfortable place to stay when traveling through or looking for a place to stay for vacation. This hotel represents HI and their IH Brand in an exceptional manner!!!! We will definitely stay there when traveling through in the future. May 29, 2013
