Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Message to UK Management: Not enough staff for the amount of work Except for the fact that WLAN and especialle UK TV channels do only work with interruptions the hotel ist great. But what you can see is that group management from UK try to squeeze out as much profit as possible since there is way to few staff for the amount of people that need to be taken care of. If I as a customer feel uncomfortable because I see the tremendouns amount of work that these very nice people manage every day .. well, then there is something wrong. I am a platimum meber and I do see a lot of hotels but there is none where the staff is as effective as in this hotel. CONCLUSION: hire more people instead of having them to more and more work. You (UK management) overdid it! And this is becoming more a more something like child work ... this is not to be supported!!! Treat you people right and give them room to breath a(nd not exploit them until they just can not deliver the service I expect.) January 21, 2014

However, PLEASE have more than 1 person working the reception desk in the morning when guests have to check out and catch a flight!!!! There was a long queue for the 1 receptionist and for those who were cutting their timings fine, they would risk missing their flight!!! January 12, 2014

Given this is a Holiday Inn Express Brand, the free wifi is misleading. Ie perhaps you could Make the 1/2 hour limit more salient For your customer at time of booking. The shuttle service and driver was Excellent... Both on p/u and drop off The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Is your staff is paid well? They need To be, given the high expectations Of customers that are simply there For a night to catch a plane or that just Landed after a long flight. Ps you might sell more food and beverage If there was more staff at the bar/restaurant Keep up the good work January 5, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Superb value for money Pluses: +value for money including breakfast in an expensive city, proximity to airport, highways and train, shuttle bus to airport and city, Xbox for kids Minuses: -mattress very firm to the point of uncomfortable, waiting lines at reception when groups arrive from the airport.
