Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Beautiful hotel with great service I would give this lovely boutique hotel 5 stars across the board but for a chill coming off the outer wall of my room. The room otherwise was completely comfortable, but over by the outer wall there was a draft seemingly coming from the wall itself, so perhaps the insulation isn't up to snuff. (I visited in early December.) The hotel itself is just beautiful, and the staff were exceptional. The restaurant is tiny but the food was outstanding on my visit. I would definitely return and would recommend to others. December 17, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great service, but lacking I have stayed here a couple times for a business conference that takes place in this hotel. The rooms are modern, which I like, except for the large strange picture murals on the curved wall. The only way to get around that is the upgrading to the penthouse.....which is amazing. The hardwood floors are also something to get use to....bring socks or slippers. The location is good and the front desk folks are just the nicest people, but there is always something a little off every time. Once it was the bathroom was not cleaned well, another time the clock was set at the wrong time. The most annoying thing with going there for business is the internet. While working online, I have to log back into the wi-fi every 10 minutes. December 16, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant stay Wanted to spend an evening in Asheville to see the Biltmore lit up at night for the Christmas season. The Indigo provided the best location for a nice dinner close by before the Candlelight tour. Warm, friendly reception by the staff and a quick check in. Wonderful corner room overlooking the city and mountains. Spent some time at the bar for some afternoon libations. Well stocked and good variety in wine selections, however would have been nice if the bar had some "snacks" to accompany the drinks. Overall, a very nice, comfortable stay. Will return for sure.
