Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel, Wonderful Staff, Sauna-like Rooms Great Hotel, Staff were ABSOLUTELY wonderful, rooms are stylish and clean just SUPER HOT and the only way to cool down the room in the winter is to open the windows, which just invited in the rain and the street noise. Otherwise, it is an excellent hotel in a great location with super excellent staff. December 6, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pampered to alleviate misfortune Arrived at the hotel straight after having passports and some belongings stolen at the Termini station. Needed urgent assistance to block cards etc. The staff was extremely helpful and even made calls in my name. The rest of the stay was so DELICIOUS that the grief for lost items faded away. Sorry did not use more the fabulous pool. The place has a "je ne sais quoi" that makes it COOL INDEED, i.e. beyond standard luxury. December 5, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Viva Roma Room 116 is a little noisy as one wall faces the stairs and you can hear footsteps clearly in the room. Two of the windows are over the restaurant and if their is a noisy party you are very aware of them. That being said, the room was small but tastefully decorated. The bathroom was down about 6 steps from the room but was fantastic. Dual shower heads over a nice deep tub. Wonderful towels and toiletries, good lighting. November 13, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Worth the money If buying a home is all about location, location, location, then this would hold true for this hotel for a stay in Rome. 15 minute walk to Vatican and Piazza Navona and about 10 minute walk to Castel Sant' Angelo made this a prime location. Staff was extremely friendly and some of the best from our 2-week trip that put us in Venice, Milan, Florence, and La Spezia. November 8, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Indigo Neighborhood While convenient to many traditional Rome attractions, there were limited restaurants within close proximity to the hotel. The most unattractive feature of the hotel was the questionable neighborhood in which it was located. We did not feel very safe venturing out after dark (daytime fine except for all the trash and beer bottles on the streets surrounding the hotel). November 4, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location and service We couldn't have chosen a better location in Rome than here. It was on a quiet street, but easy to find (in a city where it is easy to get lost!) The hotel was within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. I can't comment on the price/value of this hotel as I have never stayed in Rome before and have no basis for comparison, but if I were in Rome again I would definitely choose this hotel over comparatively priced alternatives. The staff was very courteous and helpful without being pushy. Our needs were few, but when we had a question or needed assistance, the response was prompt and friendly. The only drawback to this hotel was the bed -- it was very hard. October 29, 2014
