Cedar Park is a great location and hotel price is good.

Location, price and a member of IHG drew me to the hotel. However, the experience was very disappointing and we will not return! It was obvious that the hotel is operated on a very low budget: no coffee and very few personal. The hotel reminded us of “one of those much lower class hotel chains”.

Room was listed as king suite, it was a double queen. Room smelled bad.

Our room was underneath an eviction in process that housed numerous residents the noise was crazy as was all the police & homeless people running around outside our window. I bought a cheese stick & water and charged $10 on my bill!
The rooms were not up to the standard IHG
Staff stole clothing we left

We left a dress and jacket in the closet. After leaving we called and spoke with a helpful English speaking woman who advised we could come by to pick up the clothing we left. When a local family member dropped by, they were met by a man that barely spoke English. He told then that Housekeeping did not find the clothing we left. Someone is lying. I cannot recommend this property because of that.

The hotel was located in a quiet area next to many enmities. Beds were very comfortable. Room temperature was great. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Enjoyed our stay.

The positive part of the experience is the gentleman who worked Oct 19 was dressed professionally, acted professionally, was friendly and very helpful when we couldn’t figure out the remotes. Also the gal my wife spoke with on the phone the afternoon on Oct 18 was friendly and helpful. We had been upgraded to a suite which was nice. The negative was the dirty elevator and hallways and entrance of elevator of second floor. The same pistachio nut and shells were there the entirety of the stay. The bathroom didn’t have soap at the sink, the toilet ran sporadically and would run continuously if you didn’t shake it just right. The shower faucet leaked. The stove top looked like it was wiped down with a sopping wet rag. The air conditioner worked great but the smell was damp and stale. The bedroom was nice and clean and comfortable. We are currently staying longterm at a Candlewood Suites in Mt Pleasant, TX for work. It is well maintained and has been an over all great experience and more reasonable.

My coworker and I booked rooms for the week and everything was great, comfortable and well prepared, clean and refreshing and the Internet was quick without lag.. thank you for making this stay wonderful.

Check out your room thoroughly before settling in when you stay here. Check your bathroom for hand soap, decent washcloths, look in the drawer in the kitchenette and make sure you have knives, forks and spoons. Look at the floor for dirty spots. Stay away from room 111.

Beds were comfy, air conditioning could have been better,these stay box inns need to focus more on detailing of their cleaning methods, venting vents were filthy, which makes you wonder what else they missed

Front desk staff is friendly. The bed was very comfy. AC in the room could be cleaner.
