Service great at check-in, very smooth transaction with clerk having my info all ready to go. Bed was great, firm and great night sleep. Convenient to loads of great food options. Fantastic experience!

Beware hotel is under construction. But construction is also mean that they have at the property run down and not performed general maintenance. Room cleanliness leaves little to be desired

Walked into what appeared to be a decently cleaned room until we started looking around. I honestly can’t even tell you if my bathroom is cleaned as there were fingerprints and smudges all over the glass bathroom door and handles and there were not enough towels that I know are typically standard. There was only one on the bottom underneath the sink. There was only the currently used toilet paper on the role. There was no towel for the floor when exiting the shower. Then proceeded into the kitchenette area to look for a pot to heat up babies milk. Open the drawer to find two extremely dirty and used pots.
The microwave above head was stainless steel and covered in fingerprints. Their were even dishes in the dishwasher that we were even unsure had been washed.
As we now made our way into the bed area. We noticed a giant pink stain on the carpet directly in front of the pullout couch.
Went to go look for bedding for the pull out couch only to discover there was none in the room. So now had to head downstairs to obtain towels as well as bedding. Very sweet Front hostess was there but was alone. I expressed my concerns and asked if it were possible to be moved to another room. As the room I was hoping to obtain according to the website we booked with actually had a closed off bad section separate from the living room/kitchenette area. When I questioned it she told me that room was showing not available in the system. And to boot… There was no other room for us to move into. She provided me with extra towels as well as the bedding.
The second day of our stay… I went to move a bag from the bottom cabinet in the bathroom to only find it completely drenched in water. At that point I called up management and housekeeping to our room. Was told there is no leak… Was unsure as to where water was even coming from. Housekeeping apologized saying they were very short staffed and think my room may have been missed in rounds. Head of housekeeping said she would clean our room to better standards. We left for the day only to return in the evening. Did find new pots and more cutlery in our drawer six towels in our bathroom but again no face cloths and no hand towels. By this time I was just annoyed. When asking for any form of compensation for our state with all the troubles we had obtained was told I would have to wait for management. I checked out of the hotel since Sunday and have heard nothing. Extremely dissatisfied with the stay. Found out later we were overcharged due to the Fargo marathon happening that weekend. Which is even more annoying and frustrating. As I had two separate rooms booked. The secondary room had way better success only finding rusted kitchen supplies in their drawers but we will never stay there again
