Like all Candlewood Suites, this hotel has suites with a kitchen with a stovetop and a full-size refrigerator, as well as the option to borrow all sorts of appliances--a big money saver for us when we travel. The fitness room was clean with cardio and weight equipment (of which was in good shape), and use of washers and dryers is free. The location provided a great base for exploring the southern Finger Lakes, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This was our first time with Candlewood suites. We stayed here for 3 nights and overall it was quite and comfortable stay except couple of small things.
Pros:
Hotel has big and bright parking lot. Staff was very helpful and greeted us every time we entered the front lobby. They provide 24 hrs free coffee with flavor pods.
Cons:
There are no EV charging facility.
Please pay little more attention to cleaning as we found dead bugs (very visible) in the front lobby ceiling light fixture.
Bathroom was clean with all required soaps and shampoo but no body/moisturizing lotion.
We can definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Staff was very good. Clean, and well maintained. The Disney/Spectrum fight over cost of channels is ridiculous. Take control of cable use or offer streaming services such as YouTubeTV

We checked in and found out suite surprisingly spacious with 10’ ceilings and a full kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom quite large. Beautiful windows overlooking a green space. Is located in the heart of many eateries and shopping and not too far from the highway.
