Comfortable bed and nice staff

My family was greeted with smiles and made us feel important during our stay. It was a great experience for my family and very convenient to local restaurants and shopping. We will definitely choose this location again.

I have stayed here multiple times visiting my family. Staff is always friendly frombfront desk to housekeeping.
Hotel is clean, any issues staff was on it to fix. I look forward tocstaying here again.

We had a great experience at this hotel. We will definitely be staying here again. The beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. The facilities were also modern and upgraded. We loved staying here!!!

The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The cleanliness of the room was marginal. There is no room make up service, (bedding/towels) unless you stay 7 days or more. All -in-all value for what is received, but breakfast would be nice.

Candlewood Suites offered everything I could ask for. After a very unpleasant stay with another “suites” hotel las week, it made this one a true pleasure by comparison!

Everyone at the hotel was helpful and friendly and always had a smile, even when I was tired and didn't.
I would definitely stay here again, it had everything I needed to have a home away from home.

Great hotel. Good location for groceries and restaurants. Rooms are good size for a extended period.

I loved that it was like a studio apartment with gym and laundry facilities. I did not have difficulty finding a parking spot near the entrance door near my room. It was very quiet despite appearing to be booked solid. The inside of the building was very clean, as well as the outside of the property. The pool was clean and cool on a warm Texas night. Check in and check out was very simple, efficient, and quick. Every staff member that I interacted with from the check in clerk, to housekeeping were very nice and helpful. Wifi was quick. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I recently had spinal fusion, so a comfortable mattress for me is an absolute necessity, and I found the bed met my needs as far as comfort and firmness. Although I did not personally purchase anything from the pantry, it did appear to be clean and fully stocked with many choices available. I almost forgot, they have small appliances, such as a crock pot that you can borrow during your stay. The kitchen, while it had minimal plates, cups, and silverware, the setup was quite efficient. It included a dishwasher so I did not have to hand wash any dishes.

From the moment I arrived I was greeted and treated kindly by an amazing front desk staff :-) the beds are extremely comfortable and I wish I had more time to enjoy the outdoor area and swimming pool :-) everything was sparkling, clean, and I will be returning the next time I’m in the Dallas-Fort Worth area

We have a great experience except for the check in process. Edward wasn't very friendly at all.

Whatever you do, don't call the 817 number and hit 1 to make a reservation. You will get someone offshore who knows absolutely nothing about the hotel you will be staying at. They told me hotel served breakfast. The hotel did not serve breakfast. Checked in, walked to rooms, opened the door and the most horrible smell hit me right in the face. It smelled of burnt tires and bad breath. I literally gagged. I thought, okay, we can spray some perfume. It will be all right. Went across the hall to other room we got for the night, and the same exact smell hit me in the face again only this time it was stronger. Added bonus, the A/C did not work in that room. I asked clerk for a refund and was told that she could not give me a refund because she was the front desk clerk and that I should call the number I called to make the reservation. That's what I did. They told me they could not do anything but open a case with the general manager and it would take up to 24 hours before they made a decision on whether to refund my money or not and there was no guarantee it would be refunded. I don't have hundreds of dollars to spend on hotel rooms. I could not drive somewhere and shell out another $300 with the hopes that maybe I'd get this money refunded later on. I told her to open a case and the front desk clerk moved us to other rooms upstairs, which, by the way, smelled just as bad as the other two rooms. While I was grateful to have a place to sleep with working AC, the smell was still horrible and the experience was the worst.
They did open a case with IHG and I received an email saying they will give me 40,000 IHG points or something. I don't want your IHG points. I will never stay at an IHG hotel again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No breakfast

There is no breakfast of any kind offered at this place. That is unheard of. I guess in the end that was my fault. Had I dug deep enough to figure out the places pet and breakfast policy I wouldn't have booked a stay there.
