This is my third time staying at this hotel and it is pretty average. The microwave was dirty so my kids didn't get the opportunity to use it. I look forward to the little shampoos, conditioners, lotions, and soaps but this hotel lacked that. I was glad that I brought my own. I don't know if I will stay there again.

What an exceptional place to stay from staff, cleanliness, location, accomidations, I would never stay anywhere else in Jacksonville, N. C., and having stayed there would look forward to returning. I felt like I had a home in a hotel

Very clean hotel, and the staff is very friendly. The only downside is the walls need sound proofing, because we could hear the couple in the next room as if they were in ours.

I always enjoyed staying at the Candlewood Hotel in Jacksonville, NC because they provides the best customer service during my stay. I never had a complain.

This Inn like others need to clean carpets and flooring a lot better. We have a 11 year old that after 10 minutes of crawling around had black legs and hands from dirty floors. The once a week cleaning when guests have pets just does not work and cleaning here was not up to par. When they did come through it looked like they didn't take a vacuum and use. When we came back, we had to find one and vacuum room ourselves. Not too say anything too derogatory but the housekeeping in any hotel nowadays is mediocre at best.

Above average.Pool shared with Holiday Inn had only one table with an umbrella . The gazebo area great concept , very small about 12x12 covered concrete slab,had two tables,could seat four at each,only eight chairs. Only two grills had to Waite over an hour for my turn. This amenities very week considering it is used by two good size hotels.
I know every room has some sort of way to cook,but it would be nice to have a hot breakfast (even pay extra) that I did not have cook or go out for.
Put a ice machine in the pantry. It was a pain to have to get access card to Holiday Inn to get ice, while waiting two days for the ice maker in the fridge in my suite to make any significant amount.

Excellent hotel with great service. Clean room with a very comfortable bed. It was like a home away from home.
