I so wish I would or could give a good review but i just couldn't believe how disorganized this place was. Staff was friendly but can't follow through with thing promised or booked. Never have I ever been told one thing at a hotel and given the total opposite. We stay out a lot and this was definitely a unorganized mess.
The upgrade was perfect.

Stayed two days / nights at the Candlewood Suites in Kalamzoo, MI that was conveniently located for my work situation and the right price and cleaned conditions for what I needed. TV's in two rooms of my upgrade and appreciated. Bed and pillows were clean and well appreciated. Quiet hotel for rest and relaxation.
Needs amenities and staff training.

The hotel wasn't what it used to be. The beds weren't comfortable and the room just wasn't as nice as I remember. Don't get me wrong, it's nice just needs some tlc
