Although I arrived late and had to leave for an early morning flight, the service by the staff members was excellent. The front desk clerk and the shuttle driver were both friendly and helpful. I will stay here again when I travel via the Medford Airport. I also appreciated the well-appointed room; I only wish I had more time to enjoy it.
