This clean and easy to access location made my stay visiting UD a great experience. I was traveling on business and this was a cost effective option which was close to campus and easy to store my belongings for my trip. I highly recommend it for traveling to the University area.

The hotel was pleasant but it took the front desk forever to get a copy of the receipt printed, despite having been informed of this need prior to checking.
Additionally, as nice as the suites are, someone siphoned my gas overnight. Fortunately, there wasn't much to start with.
Bed was very comfortable and the room was big. Staff has room for improvement.

As a Diamond Elite member, I was hoping to be offered an upgrade. I was also expecting to be offered a choice of welcome amenities. None of these happened.
The room was fine though. The bed was very nice. The room was clean with plenty of space. The bathroom is big, clean, and functional. There were plenty of towels. The shower itself was great!
