    We have stayed at the location before, but this time we had no working TV and right after arrival, approximately 5:00 p.m. and got into our room and tried to turn the TV on we couldn't get it to work. The desk person came and she couldn't get to work either and stated she would call her manager to get fixed. We left to go eat. Upon return, approximately 7 p.m. I asked the person at the desk if the TV was fixed and she said someone would be their in a few minutes. Well come 9 p.m. I called to see if they were going to come fix it and she stated they would call someone and be their shortly. I informed her we were going to bed as we had an early flight not to bother. When I tried to use the desk phone it had no dial tone. Upon leaving I had to ask for a receipt, and then informed the individual there that the phone didn't work and the TV was never fixed. He seemed very surprised. I think a little compensation would be in order.
