This facility is good for the price. I wish there was breakfast but the rooms have a kitchen so that is helpful. It’s in an area with food around as well as other places to shop and such. They are doing construction right now.
This should not be an IHG property!

Filthy. Absolutely disgusting! The lobby smelled of chemicals. The guestroom was not vacuumed. There was hair in the shower. Toilet seat was broken. Smell in room. Absolutely disgusting! Shame on IHG for advertising this chain in their portfolio. Someone from IHG must go to this property to see how disgusting it is!

Only time I’ve was offered to move was fist night at 8:30 pm and the next morning was ignored when asked about if there was space to move , the condition were so bad I had to take pictures and it got blamed on poor staffing. That does not excuse someone Not coming behind to make sure the job is done which isn’t acceptable. The smell from the bathroom and the mildew on the pillows were the worst thing I’ve had to see with a guest staying with me and me being a member was just humiliating. There was only one fork , all the dishes had to be rewashed , downwind else’s hair was on the floor in gobs and a black hand print was on the shower curtain with yellow stains… disgusted and humiliated!

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only issue we had was that the shower curtain was missing and there was a used bath towel behind the door. Obviously, the cleaner forgot to come back to finish the bathroom. It was clean though. We called down to the front desk and they did offer to bring up a shower curtain.
