I want to give a huge big thank you to an employee at the front desk. I don’t know her last name but her first name is Ashleigh. I’ve been at this hotel for the past two weeks for work. She has definitely been out her way to help me with any and all questions that I may have. Every evening when I come in and she’s working she’s always happy with a smile and greeting everyone that comes in the door. I stay at a lot of hotels. But I can honestly say that if all the IHG hotels have a person at the front desk like Miss Ashleigh then I’m sold. I will stay at all IHG hotels from here on out. Thank you Ashleigh for everything these past two weeks.

Don’t sleep on the pull out bed.

Most things were great at this site. It was clean and the staff were friendly. It was a great value and allowed us to stay as a family and be close together. However, with four adults sleeping in the room the pull out sofa bed was used. It was too think and we could feel the springs. We had to use the blanket from the closet as a sheet to cover up the stains on the mattress on the sofa bed. This made it difficult to rest well.
