Love, love, love Candlewood Suites! It's ruined me for other brands. The mini kitchen has spoiled me. The larger refrigerator allows me to have my personal comfort foods and take out containers. The heated floors can't be beat! The fresh lemon ice water is readily available. I'm simply smitten with the brand!

Enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean,well put together,and had a very friendly staff. There was also a restaurant in the parking lot that was very convenient and had great food. Prices are a little high on the weekends if your here for a longer stay, and I was told I'd have to speak to a manager for a better rate than the usual which kind of confused me as I travel for business a lot and have never had this happen at an extended stay hotel. All in all, I'd recommend this hotel if your I. The area.

The staff here were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were great for the price – could have been slightly cleaner but overall we were very satisfied.
Easy to access room smelled like cigarettes

Usually stay in holiday inn express, working in the area so we had to stay at Candlewood. Room smelled like a nursing home with cigarette aroma. Mattress was sunk in and felt worn out. Never have to put a personal card on file when traveling for business when the company pays for it and has card on file but they charged me $20 at checkin on my personal card. Still love IHG and the hotels but this Candlewood is not it

Everything from check in to check out was great. The kitchen was perfect for the 3 of us and the parking was good too. The staff was friendly and we had no issues at all. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location to concert events. Room needed some attention and cleaning. HVAC loud, carpet not vacuumed spattered with glitter, recliner cover dirty, ironing board broken, mattress springs on edges weak, bathroom moldy smell, and TV remote dirty

We were very happy with our stay and will definitely stay here again! We went next door to Brewers and got a discount on our food purchases with our Candlewood room keys - at the suggested of front desk staff.

Great stay , thanks . I was missing a tv remote . My couch was not as clean I would like it to be . Had glitter stuck to it . Other than that my stay was great .

Our stay was delayed by an area emergency blocking roads. The front desk was unable to direct my daughter and I to a place to park and walk to the hotel. When we arrived we wanted to get some food and the front desk wasn't able to give directions nor recommendations to places to eat. In the room the shower didn't have a curtain liner and the sink's fixtures were loose. The bathroom had some water damage. Overall it was ok to sleep in but was not something I would recommend.

The rooms were older but clean. There were not wall chargers, plugs for my phone. I travel a lot, at least 2 X per month, IHG is my primary choice. I was overall pleased with this choice. Just a little off put by the age of the rooms.

The staff was great and great customer skills that can't be taught. I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.
