The reason I continue to stay at this hotel is because pets stay free if you are an IHG reward club member; otherwise there are other newer hotel choices in the immediate area which offer free hot breakfast; there is nothing wrong with this hotel other than it is worn and outdated and has no free hot breakfast; the rate for what you get is too high, especially when compared with other properties nearby; staff is friendly and the check-in/check-out experience was easy and pleasant
Old and outdated - Bugs

We found this hotel outdated and had many bugs in the room. We found that the shower head leaked so badly that someone needed to use a plastic bag around the piping to prevent the water from spraying. Also, even though we stayed two days, the room needed to be cleaned or fresh towels added after the first night. We did find the four washers and four driers very helpful during our stay, and they were free.

When we first went to our room it as not prepared at all. Unmade bed, wet towels on the floor and garbage in the cans. The young woman at the desk was the only person working that night (a very busy Friday).
She was very diligent in trying to resolve the problem but could not get any help.
She finaly managed to switch our room.
Nice place to stay.
