The room was comfortable and the kitchen was convenient. However most of the washers and dryers were always out of order, we found at least one roach in our room more days than not, and I was told I had to pay $10 per hour for a late checkout, even though I’m an IHG Gold member (this is against IHG policy).

I stay in a lot of IHG properties every year and this was right up near the top as far as quality and service goes. The staff was very helpful considering I was rear ended and my car totaled just before arriving at the hotel. Everyone helped me change my reservations going forward because could not complete my trip without my car.
