Was greet by very friendly staff. Room was supposed to be smoke free, but it was not. Overall the room was clean. The bigger problem was the homeless people hanging out on the property. I went to walk the puppy trail and there were mens underwear and beer bottles/cans all around. Didn't feel comfortable so I went back inside. I have traveled all over the country alone and rarely am I uncomfortable. Other than that my stay was fine.

There was a mini kitchen. I could cook my own breakfast, and the comfort of the bed was too die for; also, very welcoming atmosphere

Not what I expected from an IHG hotel. The room was not clean when I checked in and I ended up sleeping on a towel because the sheets had not been changed. It took me asking three times to get them to clean the room. The one front desk lady was super helpful as well as the housekeeping supervisor.
