Room door wouldnt open...

Checker in to find the room door wouldnt open. 4 adults were then given a single bed room and 2 slept on the floor. At checkout no effort was made to compensate for the inconvenience. Paid with cash and point for a double bed and didn't receive a refund for not getting that.
