Great service and cleanliness

Front desk staff and cleaning staff friendly and helpful. Room very clean and feels spacious, except for "living room" space. Kitchen was nice, especially having such a large table. My husband and daughter loved the recliners and pool - I didn't get a chance to use them. Pull out couch functional, but definitely showing its age, on the outside.

Great Place to Stay for a Few Nights

We needed a place to stay for UMass Graduation. This was quite close, with a good location - plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. A nicer sized fridge and kitchen, useful for breakfast. It even allows for dogs, which was very helpful. We were greeted and given bonus snacks for being Platinum members. We also were provided with a cot (twin size), which was comfy. Only issue is the tiny pool.
