Staff was very courteous and professional. Made us feel very welcomed. The rooms were extremely clean and ready when we arrived. The beds are extremely comfortable and the hotel accommodates pets. We had our two little dogs and they were so comfy there. Highly Recommended Hotel!

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and it is always one of my first choices. The location is great, away from too much traffic but still very convenient to the hospital and WVU campus. The rooms are spacious and clean. I do wish they would update a few outlets or the lamps to have USB charging ports. It's convenient to have the kitchenette, even for a short stay, so we can bring our own drinks and snacks. We enjoy staying here and it will continue to be one of my favorites.

The location was very convenient for us. The staff was friendly. I wish they had king size beds but I knew it was queen size and that's ok. It was a very good value and nice, clean room for what we paid. Not a 5 star resort but very nice and it was what I expected. Lots of restaurants within 5 minutes drive or less.
