I wasn’t planning on staying at this hotel, but I had a customer service rep help me find a hotel that I could check in early as I was picking my son up from camp, who hadn’t had a proper shower and [More] slept in a proper bed in 12 days. I’m a IHG member, and when I called the customer service line and asked if they could help me find a hotel this is the one that they recommended. They were able to make arrangements to get me checked in earlier than 2:30 in the afternoon. Even though I was located by Asheville airport, I drove to 25 minutes to come to this hotel. Upon arrival, it took a little bit of work to actually get us checked in, but they were very friendly, courteous and expedited a room availability within 20 minutes. The hotel was comfortable, the bed was comfortable, it was clean. It’s located next to several dining options, fast food, and restaurants. I ended up getting to go food from two of the restaurants nearby, a Mexican and Thai place and both were amazing food. And the restaurants were within walking distance. We are close enough to downtown Asheville that we did take a drive through the city so if you’re looking to spend time in downtown Asheville, this is a good location. I think some of the best perks were the rooftop is beautiful and reminds me of a Miami rooftop with cactus and flower gardens, with shade and different seating options, and of course, a beautiful view of the mountains. They have a gym which is impeccable and clean. I actually use the yoga mats from the gym to go to the roof rooftop to do mourning yoga and breath work. They have a bar on the rooftop that opens from 430 to 9:30 and that was fun. It’s a great location with a comfortable price point. And they even offered a laundry facility for guests which I utilize to clean my son’s camping bag full of dirty, muddy clothes and damp clothes, so I was able to spend time washing and cleaning and letting the sun dry out the bags, while my son rested in bed. Overall amazing experience. I will definitely stay there next year. [Less]

I stay here at least 4-5 times per year enough they know me by name as soon as walk through the door. Sarah and Tatiana are usually on duty when I arrive. They are both very friendly but also very [More] professional. Rooms are great, the breakfast is the better than any other place I have stayed. I feel like it's almost a home away from home. Only dislike is that the room rates escalated from last year. [Less]

No Mountain view

I only stay at IHG hotels, love em. On this stay, I purchased two Mountain View rooms 211&213 but the remote control blinds did not work. So NO MOUNTAIN VIEW! That sucked. [Less]
