Relaxing night

Checked in with kids and pets.
Check in was smooth and quick. Room was clean. Hotel was really nice for being so pet friendly. Easily walkable to quick service restaurants and grocery store. Roof top looked nice (did not get to enjoy because of the rain) but the set up was so cute. Great Mountain View from floor higher up.
Great Place to stay in a great location for all the things to do in the city.

Very Comfortable beds and the room is set up for a great weekend stay with a small kitchen and all the things needed for your stay. I would love to stay here again in the future and will if I return to the area.
Cozy and tidy, yet unsuitable for those averse to noise from the floor above.

The suite offers both spaciousness and comfort, featuring a pristine and modern interior. The hotel lobby also emanates a high level of comfort. However, the issue with the thinness of the floor seems to be insurmountable. This presents a considerable challenge for individuals unlucky enough to stay in a room directly beneath someone with energetic children. It is noteworthy that the floor is exceptionally thin, magnifying any substantial footsteps into significant noise disturbances.
Having a full kitchen in the bedroom was awesome.

Marlene, the hotel Manager was so nice. She gave me an upgrade to a one-bedroom unit which was perfect for my friend and I. If I can add one tiny minor improvement, a plug for the bathtub would have been appreciated.

This was a very nice hotel. Clean and up to date room with a conveniently close location to downtown. Rooms were very spacious was many amenities, such as a stove top, microwave, and dishwasher. The indoor pool and hot tub were a plus. Overall an amazing stay. Will defiantly be back .

We liked everything except all the slamming doors every morning. Think they need some better door closers. The hot tub at the pool wasn't very good. The jets blowed on your rear instead of your back.

Property is in a great location just outside of Downtown Asheville NC. Walking distance to grocery stores, fine dining, or takeout. All of the staff from the reception to housekeeping were very friendly and seemed to enjoy working there. The entire hotel was very clean from the reception area to the room. Would highly recommend staying there for business or personal needs.

Hotel is very clean and in a great location close to a lot of activities without being in the center of chaos. The bed was comfortable and even the area for working away from the office was great. I didn’t utilize the breakfast and did enjoy the complimentary coffee.
