An excellent location for visiting Tokyo and nearby areas, especially using the Shinkansen and Yamamoto lines. The Strings was superb with outstanding staff, service, comfort and excellent dining. [Menos]

I recently spent seven days at the intercontinental strings, Hotel Tokyo and I must say that it was exceptionally enjoyable. The hotel is absolutely pristine, and the service is five star in every [Más] aspect. The rooms are exceptionally large and luxurious. The Japanese breakfast that was served in the Club. Continental was absolutely fabulous and the daily breakfast that was served buffet style had a very nice variety of items of both eastern and Western cultures. The hotel is directly next to the Shinagawa station, which is much easier to access and traverse than the Tokyo station. You’re able to use the bullet train to any part of Japan that you would like to access and you can also easily access trains to both airports. I would highly recommend. [Menos]

What’s not to love? The hotel is spotless and well maintained, and the staff are all incredibly kind and helpful. My room was cleaned daily and always felt fresh when I returned. The breakfast [Más] buffet was the highlight of my day — the food selection was impressive, and the quality even better. Every staff member in the dining area was warm and attentive, and the head chef personally checked in each morning to ensure everything was running smoothly. I can’t recommend this place enough! 誕生日でのホカンスということで、チョコレートと焼き菓子をいただきました。支払いの際もこちらの希望を聞いてくださり、スムーズに対応してくださりありがたかったです。素敵な時間、対応をありがとうございました。ぜひまた利用したいと思います。 今回クラブアクセスを利用しましたがチェックインがラウンジと記載があり、場所が分からずチェックインカウンターの付近に立っていたホテルの方に聞こうとしたところ、目を逸らさ [Más] れてしまい別のご夫婦を案内されていたため、少し戸惑ってしまいました。対応に追われお忙しいとは思いますが、年齢や見た目で判断されてしまったのかな、と疑問に思ってしまいました。カウンターの方にお聞きしたらすぐにラウンジへ案内してくださり、その後の対応はとても素晴らしく分からないことを全て優しく丁寧に教えてくださったのでとても助かりました。お互いの誕生日をお祝いするためののんびりしたホカンスを楽しむことができました。ありがとうございました！ [Menos]

Even though it's just for a night, I had an excellent experience. Was greeted by staffs, and very helpful with the check-in. The room was so clean & spacious. The amenities were there. Breakfast was [Más] excellent, was greeted by a staff, and was led to a table and explained how the process was. The location is near Narita so it was convenient, plus they have shuttle bus that brings you to either to the city, or the airport. I would gladly stay here again next time! [Menos]
