Anyone can understand that but would be fair to let people in advance know that this situation is happening with a clear note pop up special message and let them agree to continue to make the reservation. try to make it nice for them include a free breakfast instead of highlighting on no we do not offer that you do not know what you are talking about client.. although you seem sure that breakfast is included actually is not . . get to know why someone knows something because it may be because a prior reservation they made to a sister hotel which had all this going on and you may want to reconsider offering them in order to protect the company image. Workers should not prove that they are right and we the client is wrong but rather come to meet the clients need and do it gently with compassion and love. To me this place did not have it at this time. That does not mean they cannot be a great experience for someone else at other time. The feedback is not to complain but to awaken the fact that this place can be great if they notice to make few changes on their way. April 20, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Real Dump bugs and mice included Stayed here and it was under construction but that was not the worst, the place is dirty, housekeeping dos not clean!!!. the room I got had bugs within a 2 hour period I kill 6 bugs some which were on the BED under the bed were the mice droppings along with many other unidentifiable garbage. Place is a real dump. never seen a worst holiday inn. I work field service and have spire status so I've stayed in holiday inns many times in the last year. April 13, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great bed and location The staff was courteous and efficient. Hotel was clean, but was undergoing some renovations during my stay. Look forward to a return trip without the construction. My only CON comment was some pretty loud neighbors on my floor. They came and went yelling down the hall after midnight. I have stayed at this one and the other one in the charottesville area. this one has more updated rooms, but the location isnt as good as the other one. cost is reasonable. rooms are fine and recently updated. My biggest complaint is the internet here is absolutley garbage. i have been coming for 3 years and it is slow as molasses. this is the only thing holding it back from being better in my opinion. as a business traveler internet is kind of important and i cant get much work done in the hotel here :( April 8, 2016
