Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Typical Chain hotel. What can I say, it's a chain hotel. Neither good nor bad. Tired hotel, in need of refurbishment. Food is good, but not spectacular, can't fault quantity, though. Accommodation is comfortable. Thing that persuades me to return (5th visit) is the staff, can't fault them, always friendly and helpful. 16 February 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Dated Hotel. This Hotel is now showing signs of wear and tear down to its age, lots of little problems found during each visit. From broken toilet seats, broken lighting to bed not put together correctly. I have asked for information to be placed in my notes asking for ground floor accommodation but this has been ignored for the last three visits . 15 February 2015
