Special thanks to Mr. Sohaib and Mr Abdullah at the reception who assisted me in retrieving old invoices, also expedited house keeping requirements and IT related matters. On a separate note I suggest optimal number of reception staff to be on night duty since currently only one person which I understand is MR Sohaib, is handling the night duty and he should be supported by adequate staffing. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Improve your Food You need to improve your Food Quality and the restaurant friendliness especially the Restaurant managers and supervisiors. The waiters are good but the guys above them need a awakening. I would suggest one of your managment guys sit and taste your Dinner buffet and review the daily food. Imagine a plight of the customer who is staying for more than a week and eating the same boring and tasteless food. June 8, 2015
