Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Staff Training Speak and understand English. Be aware that guest do understand other languages especially please and thank you essential in Hospitality terminology. We were told to "WAIT" by Bar staff when we asked for our change after we were told that we were embarrassingly told that we were no allowed to charge our coffee and biscuits to our room. View of the empty car park was terrible. Room needed maintenance. Price paid for room compared with price advertised for room= big difference. May 3, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nao superou minhas expectativas Apos o momento da reserva via telefone, informei ao telefone que gostaria da melhor suíte do hotel, logo o atendente me informou e aceitei fiz a reserva e na data quando cheguei ao hotel no chike-in fui informado que tinha ganhado um up-grade para uma categoria superior porem assim que entrei no quarto me deparei com um quarto comum nada de diferente de todas as outras x que estive no hotel, quarto simples com pouquíssima iluminação no banheiro sem nenhuma ventilação no mesmo com moveis simples e frigobar fraco. Porem estava com pressa pois tinha compromisso e não retornei a recepção. Fiquei desapontado pois estava aguardando algo diferente e não tive. Pedi comida no quarto porem achei o cardápio muito fraco pouquíssima opções e muito caro. Att. April 25, 2016
