Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Rambi Check in was great! The bar/restaurant on Day 1 was very disappointing with NO Red Wine or Sparkling Wine/Champagne available in the bar. The French Fries portion on the plate was over the top and had so much pepper on them it was nearly uneatable. On day 2 we left room at 1030am to visit friends and spend the day out. When we returned to hotel at 5pm our room was not serviced and when we enquired the front desk stated it was on the dirty list and it will be done shortly. When we arrived back from the bar/restaurant at 7pm, the room was still not serviced. The Bar on day 2 was a little better but the click in the Bar with Marianna and locals was obvious. Still no fizzy bubbly or Red wine available. One good thing about this trip was I left some shirts in the room closet and they were retrieved by our friends thanks to Shawnana in reception. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The extent staff goes to to insure comfort So, I was having issues connecting with wifi- "Andi" runs a chord up to my room. The hotel is full and she hustled to help me. I checked in was clean comfortable. It's quiet and I am happy. I've read the other comments and tend not believe them or the level of entitlement, perhaps, a bit much. "Where is a Greek place to eat dinner?" Bam- directions. Where is a Radio Shack or Best Buy?" Bam directions...smiles and smiles and, I will continue to stay. Laundry rooms- clean. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Confortable Bed but no Complimentary Breakfast The hotel is well maintained, clean, has confortable bed and nice pool. The staffs are very nice and courteous. The only downside is the fact that they don't serve complimentary Breakfast and knowing that every Holiday Inn I have been to during my different Business trip offered Breakfast because the price paid per night is consequently high enough to earn Complimentary Breakfast. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Landscaping The grounds of this hotel was clean and beautiful. I particularly like the Cabanas. However, the fan nor the TV worked in the Cabanas. The headboard in our room looked as if someone clawed it in their sleep. If the front representative would have told me the headboard was in bad shape, I would have been able to make the choice whether to stay in the room or change. The bathroom door was hard to close. For the price and the experience, they should at least offer a continental breakfast. I paid almost $10.00 for cereal and coffee. Next time I will stay at another hotel. October 29, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Management, but great service from Shavonda The rooms I made the reservation for did not even exist... The pictures online for the rooms do not match what was given. The management was asked to help out, but since I was just a "club" rewards member, I was told "not able to help".. Really made me feel like a lower class person that did not deserve to be taken care of. Even when the mistake was THEIR FAULT. BUT on the bright side, SHAVONDA was absolutely fabulous. She was extremely courteous, caring and went above and beyond to try and help the situation. Unfortunately, management did't do the same... Because of Shavonda, and her alone, would I try and stay there again. October 28, 2015
