Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall Good Experience Enjoyable stay. Room was clean and recently renovated. Some smell of new carpet but that's to be expected. Location is great. You can walk to Old Town, Chinatown, and downtown. Metro station is a block away. On the downside, the underground parking is very small and can be difficult to navigate. Also, our car was covered in dust from construction. I think they should have covered the cost of a car wash. The entrance to the pool area is under renovation. You can still use the pool though. Your parking fee is good until 6 pm on checkout day so you can checkout at noon and spend the day in town without having to get charged additional parking fees. No fridge or safe in the room which was surprising. May 30, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Memorial vacation This was our first visit to Montreal and we chose this hotel because of its location and we could use our hard earned points. The hotel is located in best part of the town close to old, new Montreal and China block. The front desk (Mr. Piere) welcomed our family and it was great start. Unfortunately it took dive after that. First night at 3:45 a.m. seven men drunk in 8th floor hallway were screaming about beach and their party in some club when I complained in the morning front office Supervisor (Annie) told my wife and I next time call downstairs so they send security and that's all. She offered us free breakfast and I told her we are Platinum club member and we get free breakfast and she didn't know. Second night exactly at the same time 3:45 a.m. same guys showed up so I called the front desk and they send a very young kids to check so I told the kid they went downstairs, call some one and he just walked the floor nothing more. When I brought this to their attention, she told me sometimes parents rent the room for their kids and they can't do anything. I looked for another hotel but no luck. Parking lot - they charge $23/day but there is parking lot next to them for $15/day and it was full 2nd day and they asked us to go another parking lot for the over flow but she didn't know how to get there. Breakfast was not up to Holiday Inn standard in the states, very little selection(no oat meal, fruit). We lost all our points, kids didn't sleep good but we had a great time visiting all the churches. May 29, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Stay The outlook of the hotel did scare us a bit. It looks like those 80's Chinese motel. However, the interior design was so modern . The rooms were all renovated, bathroom was super clean and bedding was comfortable. Location is perfect - only 10 mins to Old Motreal and 5 mins to St.Catharines. I would definitely come back.
