Room was extremely clean and smelled good! Bed was extremely comfortable! I don't believe I rolled over all night! Everything was excellent! Highly recommend! Did not try the continental breakfast.

We stopped at this Holiday Inn Express on our way to Myrtle Beach SC. The hotel was clean and the staff was very accommodating. We got a great nights rest and were ready to continue on our journey the next morning. The breakfast was not typical as understandable during the current pandemic. We would recommend anyone staying here!

We felt welcomed from the time we arrived. The staff from check in to check out were friendly and helpful. Even with restrictions due to Covid, the staff provided wrapped Sausage biscuits and egg and cheese omelets for breakfast. Great way to start the day before continuing our drive to destination.

Back side is better for quietness

There is train tracks across the road and down the hill with frequent freight traffic. The front side does look across to the mountain on the other side so the view is probably awesome in November. The signage is totally blocked from the south by trees so you may need to make another pass to enter.
Not much in the area but not far from Knoxville.

This hotel was very clean and nicely updated. The mountain view was absolutely amazing. We had a king suite that was very nice in size and the bed was so comfortable. The room and bathroom was very clean. The lighted mirror in the bathroom was wonderful. There was a large flat screen tv mounted on the wall so we could rest comfortably from our bed or sofa and watch tv. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in that area.
